iRoll+ brings the latest research on rolling accuracy to the iPad. Touch the screen and draw your parts profile. Even complex shapes can be quickly entered. Now the iPad delivers the same accuracy which previously required costly CAD programs.

After drawing the profile, selecting the material (yield, UTS, thickness), and selecting the machine, a part program is automatically generated. This is the same program that would be run on the DAVI plate roll machine to make the part. Then iRoll+ shows how the machine creates the part, with full animation. Each step of the program can be simulated individually, or the entire program at once. iRoll+ teaches the operator the best way make the part. Safe, Easy and Simple.

Step 1: Sketch – make a rough sketch of the part’s profile or select a template.
Step 2: Size – enter the exact length and radius of each segment. Select the material, and provide the width and thickness of the plate.
Step 3: Simulate – check the part’s feasibility and see how the part is rolled.
